• You learn quickly and enjoy unfamiliar problems. You can turn curiosity into useful work.
• You care about the result. You follow through, take feedback, and change course when the evidence says to.
• You want the pace and responsibility of an early-stage startup, where priorities evolve and your contribution is visible.

Make your case

Keep it short and specific. Tell us:

• What you’re unusually good at.
• Something you’ve done that demonstrates it, and the part you personally owned.
• A problem you’d like to help us solve, and why Overmind interests you.

Share a portfolio, project, campaign, paper, community, or a brief account of your work. Choose the evidence that fits your craft. You don’t need to build something new to apply.
